Key Responsibilities:

As a Weekend Customer Service/reputed company Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming phone calls from customers and assisting calls or routing them to the appropriate person in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining excellent customer relations through effective communication, reputed company, and problem-solving skills
• Handling and resolving a variety of customer concerns, complaints, and questions by phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
• Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching, exploring answers/alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records by updating account information and ensuring data reputed company

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience working in customer service or another customer-facing environment
• Experience or training in the use of computers and reputed company systems in an administrative office environment
