Key Responsibilities
As an Email and Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers across LATAM. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Utilizing CRM systems and ticketing systems to track and manage customer interactions
- Documenting important details and customer interactions in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborating with team members to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in weekly meetings to discuss team performance, reputed company best practices, and receive feedback
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent grammar and writing skills in English and Spanish
- High reading comprehension skills in English and Spanish
- Experience working with CRM systems and ticketing systems
- Ability to document important details and customer interactions
- Openness to learning and thriving in a dynamic team environment
- Availability to attend a weekly meeting for 30 minutes and work a 6-hour shift with a daily 30-minute break (paid)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, hospitality or hotel experience is a plus. If you have experience in the customer service industry, particularly in a fast-paced environment, you'll be well-suited for this role.
