Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing technical assistance and support to customers reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels
- Instructing customers on equipment operation and usage
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time
- Performing routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing, and replacing equipment components
- Completing system programming and optimization as part of the installation process
- Providing on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting
- Maintaining effective customer communications and relations
- Working on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizing the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices
- Assisting and training less reputed company personnel
