Job Summary
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and setting the tone for a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email to resolve issues and reputed company support
- Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer
- Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses

A Day in the Life

Requirements

- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
