Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Phone Representative to join our Fitness Service and Sales Department. As a representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through inbound and outbound calls, SMS messages, and email communications. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent service as the first reputed company of contact to our customers
- Answer inbound phone calls, identify and resolve caller needs, and reputed company information with amazing customer service

- Maintain accurate and useful database records
- Manage and Monitor SMS (texting platform) and deliver the same amazing customer service as taking calls

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Have a designated and approved in-home workspace

- Receive inbound calls

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type 40 wpm+
- Ability to work on a computer for extended hours as scheduled
- Ability to reputed company on the phone and send follow-up emails for extended hours as scheduled
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
