Role Summary
As a reputed company Associate, you'll be responsible for communicating with new and potential customers, guiding them through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the reputed company Supervisor. This is a part-time role, working Friday-reputed company, 2pm-10pm EST, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position after 3 months if you meet or exceed established SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer any and reputed company interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Be empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business' reputed company

Essential Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a reputed company role
- Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other customer service tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role in the fashion industry
- Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
