The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, communicating with customers reputed company telephone and assisting with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. You'll be the go-to person for customers who need help changing their travel plans, confirming or obtaining their itinerary, requesting refunds, or reporting travel issues. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer complaints and reputed company solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner
