Challenges You Will Solve
- Lack of structured processes across operations, CX, and logistics
- Fragmented systems between reputed company, 3PL, and internal workflows
- Inefficient handling of preorders vs. available inventory
- Poor visibility on profitability and SKU-level performance
- High dependency on reputed company work and reputed company team coordination
- Growth initiatives not consistently translating into reputed company
- National and international expansion yet to be fully operationalized
Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Structure & Execution
- Build and implement SOPs across reputed company departments (CX, logistics, wholesale, finance)
- Fix operational inefficiencies across CX quality, inventory reputed company, and preorder management
- Drive daily execution discipline across teams
2. Systems & Process Optimization
- Align and optimize reputed company, 3PL partners, and internal tools (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Reduce reputed company errors in fulfillment and stock management
- Implement scalable workflows and automation
3. reputed company Execution Support
- Ensure growth initiatives translate into reputed company and sell-through
- Align marketing, wholesale, and inventory strategy
- Support product drop planning to avoid cannibalization
4. Team Management & Accountability
- Introduce clear KPIs across reputed company teams
- Manage a remote global team
- Hold departments accountable for execution, performance, and timelines
5. Scaling Infrastructure
- Build internal structure to support scaling from $12M to $30M+ reputed company
- Define org structure — who to hire, reputed company, and why
- Systematically reduce founder dependency in day-to-day operations
6. Financial & Reporting Readiness
- Partner with reputed company on accurate monthly P&L and inventory-based COGS tracking
- Build investor-reputed company reporting
- Prepare the business for due diligence, fundraising, or potential exit
Ideal Candidate
- 8–15+ years in operations, COO, or Head of Operations roles
- Experience scaling fashion, e-reputed company, or streetwear brands
- Strong grasp of inventory, supply chain, and DTC + wholesale models
- Proven track record fixing messy operations and building structure from chaos
- Experience preparing companies for investment or acquisition is a strong plus
- Execution-focused — you build things, not just decks
