Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Hotel Operations Specialist to support their portfolio of hospitality properties. This fully remote position requires a deep understanding of hotel operations, including reputed company desk management, guest services, housekeeping coordination, and reputed company management principles. You will serve as a key reputed company of contact for property managers and staff, providing remote support, troubleshooting operational challenges, and implementing best practices to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient property management. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a passion for the hospitality industry. You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of service delivery across reputed company managed properties, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to overall guest satisfaction and profitability. Responsibilities: reputed company remote operational support to hotel properties, addressing day-to-day challenges. Assist property managers with reputed company desk operations, guest services, and issue resolution. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards are met. Support reputed company management strategies, including pricing, availability, and occupancy optimization. Train property staff on operational procedures, service standards, and system usage. Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, and assist in implementing service improvement plans. Ensure compliance with reputed company hotel policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Manage inventory for operational supplies and coordinate procurement as needed. Assist in the reputed company of new properties and the implementation of operational systems. Generate operational reports and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement. Act as a liaison between property staff and the central management team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in hotel operations, reputed company desk management, or guest services. Solid understanding of hotel operations, including reputed company office, housekeeping, F&B, and reputed company management. Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservation software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and reputed company in a remote environment. A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Experience in training or supporting remote teams is a plus.
