Description Job Title: Behavioral Consultant ABA Location: Altoona, Pennsylvania (On-site/in-community, hybrid/remote) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $43.00/hr Date Posted: March 13, 2026 About the Role We’re hiring a Behavioral Consultant ABA to join our Pennsylvania team, providing in-community behavioral health support to clients ages 2–21. As a Behavioral Consultant, you’ll reputed company assessments, identify reputed company behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers to reputed company and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs). This is a direct care and supervisory role that requires strong clinical reputed company, excellent documentation skills, and a passion for empowering youth. Responsibilities ● Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify reputed company behaviors ● reputed company and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers ● Implement ABA-reputed company strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist ● Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client reputed company ● reputed company clinical reputed company, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals Required Qualifications Behavioral Consultant- Applied Behavior Analysis (BC-ABA): Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical reputed company worker, reputed company worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services and have a certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical reputed company worker, reputed company worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services and have one of the following: A certification as a BCaBA or other undergraduate-level certification. A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 12 credits in ABA from a college or university. A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a professional with a certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis and a minimum of 40 hours of training reputed company to ABA.
