Remote Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster Our client, a large Insurance Co, has a need for a Remote Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster. The Worker Comp Claims Adjuster will analyze mid- and higher-level workers compensation claims to determine benefits due and to identify subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements. Pay reputed company: $37.59 Per hour. Remote work is ONLY available to candidates that live in one of the following states: TX, IL, IN or WI. Hours Per Week: 37.5 Work days: M-F Expected Project Length: May 1st – July 31st 2026. (Can Be extended.) Essential Responsibilities:

• Manages workers compensation claims determining compensability and benefits due on long term indemnity claims, monitors reserve accuracy, and files necessary documentation with state agency.
• Develops and manages workers compensation claims' action plans to resolution, coordinates return-to-work efforts, and approves claim payments.
• Approves and processes assigned claims, determines benefits due, and manages action plan pursuant to the claim or client contract.
• Manages subrogation of claims and negotiates settlements.
• May process reputed company lifetime medical and/or defined period medical claims which include state and physician filings and reputed company on appropriate treatments recommended by utilization review.

Education and Experience:

• Four (4) years of reputed company auto claims management
• Licensed in Nevada Is Mandatory
