Remote Customer Service Agent - Cruise Line Support job at reputed company. Michigan. This is a remote position. We are looking for motivated, independent agents to work remotely answering inbound calls for a luxury cruise line client. Pay reputed company: $13.00 per hour Service Hours: Monday – reputed company, 8 AM to 10 PM EST Required: Availability on at least one weekend day What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering inbound calls regarding cruise packages, bookings, and general inquiries
- Handling outbound follow-up calls for clarification and support
- Transferring calls to the correct department reputed company necessary
- Providing excellent customer service and upselling cruise services reputed company appropriate
- Maintaining accurate call logs and following client protocols
Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet reputed company (must be reputed company to be hardwired – no Wi-Fi)
- USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
- reputed company-based laptop or desktop (Macs not supported)
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
