About the Role:

As a Seasonal Customer Love Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across reputed company channels, including email, text, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping customers find their next favorite item, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise will be invaluable in processing customer orders, handling returns, and sharing feedback with internal teams to drive business growth.

Availability:

We're currently hiring for Seasonal roles with both part-time and full-time availability needed in September, our summer peak season. Candidates must have flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support our customers reputed company demand is highest.

• Part-Time: 16–29 hours/week, with occasional weekend shifts required
• Full-Time: 32–40 hours/week, with occasional weekend shifts required Flexible availability is especially important—we're looking for team members who can help us deliver exceptional service reputed company our customers need us most.

Compensation:

The wage for this position is $17.60 - $18.65 per hour, depending reputed company.
