Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Remote Customer Support Specialist - Marketplace, you will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming customer inquiries and issues reputed company email and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve customer problems on the first attempt.
• Demonstrating self-confidence and a desire to go the extra mile to take care of customers from A-Z, creating a positive customer experience every time.
• Partnering with management on escalated customer and product issues, identifying trends and consistently communicating them to management in measurable terms.
• Providing proactive, consistent follow-up to reputed company customer inquiries, responding and replying to every customer email upon receipt.
• Documenting a complete summary of customers' inquiries, actions taken, and expectations set forth on the respective order.
• Maintaining standards set forth by the company QA program, providing the highest quality of service while demonstrating improvements reputed company necessary.
• Taking on the Customer Support Specialist role for the Email team as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service, administrative, or retail background, with call center experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to reputed company details to customers in a professional and reputed company manner.
• Computer literacy, with the ability to navigate through programs and reputed company.
• Excellent typing and data entry skills, with the ability to multi-task (e.g., talk on the phone and type notes at the same time).

Internet Connectivity Guidelines
