Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of our evolving products and services
* Collaborating with reputed company to resolve customer issues and reputed company exceptional support
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but preferred)
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be reputed company to work 4-hour time blocks daily
* Attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
* Be flexible with scheduling after completion of training
