Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company Collection Representatives to join our 100% remote team. As a Customer Account Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in servicing our large and growing portfolio. You'll be responsible for contacting customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and negotiating payments. If you're a results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Account Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Contacting customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and negotiating payments.
- Handling accounts with speed and accuracy while maintaining professionalism.
- Confirming and/or negotiating payment arrangements, researching any discrepancies.
- Completing phone calls to meet required performance standards and metrics.
- Maintaining established objectives for delinquency, repossessions, and net losses; staying informed of changes in policies and procedures.
- Using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- Documenting reputed company accounts accurately, reputed company, and concisely noting the reason for delinquency.
- Responding with accurate information pertinent to the callers' questions using professionalism and reputed company.
- Adhering to reputed company state and federal laws in the handling of accounts.
Qualifications
