Client Engagement Manager

We are seeking a structured and proactive Client Engagement Assistant to serve as a vital support pillar for our pre-sales operations and customer engagement workflows.

In this role, you will manage pre-sale workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure every prospect receives a high-quality, professional, and well-organized discovery experience. Your primary goal is to ensure that every engagement follows a clear, structured process from initial contact to final proposal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement Scoring and Prioritization: Evaluate inbound opportunities using established criteria to ensure reputed company resource allocation.

• Process Governance and Compliance: Ensure that pre-sales and discovery processes are strictly followed across the entire team.

• Information Management: Create and maintain structured shared folders for reputed company engagement files, ensuring clear version control and easy reputed company for reputed company stakeholders.

• Pre-Sales Team Coordination: Act as the central reputed company for pre-sales activities by scheduling meetings, coordinating between technical and sales teams, and tracking deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

• Risk Identification and Escalation: Identify potential customer, reputed company, or technical risks early in the pre-sales phase and escalate them to the reputed company with clear context.

• Presentation and Proposal Development: Prepare clear, client-reputed company presentations and proposals while maintaining consistent branding, messaging, and formatting.

• Quote and reputed company Support: Assist in preparing quotes, verifying reputed company assumptions, and ensuring financial accuracy reputed company proposals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT services delivery or project management.

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst (BA), Project Manager (PM), or Engagement Manager.

• Strong understanding of IT services delivery models and outsourcing engagement structures.

• Proficient in business English (written and verbal) with excellent professional communication skills.

• Superior organizational abilities and project management expertise.

• Analytical reputed company with the ability to assess client needs and identify appropriate solutions.

• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management.

Will be a plus:

• Background in Sales or Business Development.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools and CRM systems.

• Experience managing and preparing formal proposals (RFPs, estimates, high-level presentations).

• Familiarity with specialized proposal and presentation software.
