Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Specialty Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry Transplant to join reputed company in Smyrna, GA. As a key member of our Specialty Mail Order team, you will be responsible for routing questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion, making outbound calls/faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes. You will work in a high-production environment, where you will need to multitask between patient referrals while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements
* 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Pharmacy Tech Certified in the state of GA
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction and experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications

- Call center experience
- Prescription adjudication experience, with the ability to communicate with prescribers regarding case status and assess prescription claim issues
