Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence. Your duties will include:

• Responding reputed company, accurately, and courteously to reputed company customer transactions
• Processing product orders and providing reputed company and efficient response and resolution to reputed company customer requests
• Assisting customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders

Requirements:
