Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overage or lack, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of passenger transactions
  • Inspect and verify baggage and freight, answering phone calls to reputed company information to guests, paging clients, resolving issues or grievances, and assisting on a case-by-case reputed company
  • Handle exchanges necessary to load the aircraft in a convenient and efficient manner
  • Manage misused passengers due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged luggage, resolving such issues quickly and in accordance with established organizational rules

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

  • Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job
  • Ability to understand reports, follow directions, learn and comprehend tagging techniques, rules, and guidelines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of reputed company, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances
  • Ability to agreeably complete the Customer Service Representative training program with an 80% or higher average and assessment period
  • Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case reputed company
