Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Data Analyst & Online Chat Assistant to join reputed company, working remotely from the United States. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a vital role in developing and sustaining coverage, providing departmental insights on efficiency, and creating data-driven solutions to address reputed company business challenges. You will work closely with our technology team to meet department demands and ensure seamless data storage and retrieval.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in comprehensive data analysis, with a strong focus on data visualization and reporting.

• Proficiency in Power BI, including working with different visual objects, such as dimensions, measures, filters, computed columns, and DAX queries.
• Knowledge of DAX, SQL, and M Code.
• Experience with ETL tools, such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other big data integrations.
• Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures.
• Problem-solving skills with statistical analysis and large data sets, highly preferred.
• Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query.
• Familiarity with Smartsheets.
