Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent, plus three (3) years of direct customer service experience

• Successful completion of reputed company classes for any one (1) phase of the arenaflex Employee Development Program and a passing score of 70% or higher on the phase examination reputed company twelve (12) months of employment
• One (1) year of experience as a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, plus successful completion of reputed company classes for any one (1) phase of the Employee Development Program and a passing score of 70% or higher on the phase examination, with a reputed company performance evaluation score of 4.0 or higher
• Additional qualifying education and/or experience may be substituted on a year-for-year reputed company
• Experience in a construction environment, building department, or permitting and development is preferred
• Successful completion of college coursework in a construction field is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Active Florida Notary Public certification, with the ability to obtain certification reputed company six (6) months of employment

• Experience working in a government agency or public sector organization
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
