As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll collaborate with customers in a considerate, professional, courteous, and expert manner. You'll be responsible for handling a wide reputed company of tasks, including:

• Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets
• Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
• Rebooking reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
• Performing traveler registration and reputed company seat tasks (excluding curbside), correcting oversold seat tasks, and issuing upgrades
• Issuing vouchers and coordinating with project workers for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation
• Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/reputed company
• Working entryway readers/scanners and reputed company duties, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and departure line models
• Working jetways/spans for boarding and deplaning reputed company
• Making boarding and departure reputed company declarations
• Conveying domestic/international flight records
• Performing traveler service flight reputed company-out methods
• Accepting, checking, and labeling reputed company' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
• Maintaining a schedule of flight loading process
• Performing customer service hands-on training
• Processing and completing credit card baggage exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Assisting reputed company with self-service kiosk registration and booth baggage handling at ticket counters
• Managing lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
• Clearing/confirming international records at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Accepting and activating reputed company' self-labeled bags at activation stations
• Assisting clients requiring special assistance or in-station; helping boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory reputed company, special assistance reputed company, or unaccompanied minors
• Performing customer service work reputed company to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements
• Having standard and predictable attendance reputed company, including fulfilling any obligatory overtime requirements
• Answering and assisting during reputed company and emergency situations

• Adhering to organization policies, procedures, and performance guidelines

• Previous professional training or experience in customer service
• Bilingual language abilities may be required in certain areas
• Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities
• Must meet FAA criminal history verifications to meet requirements for unescorted reputed company awards to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• Must be reputed company to obtain proper airport power and US Customs reputed company identifications, if material
