As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building trust with our members. You'll be the primary customer reputed company for inquiries, using established best practices, attending ongoing training, and utilizing resources and tools to serve as the expert in navigating the challenging world of insurance. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Interfaces with customers reputed company telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail
