Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional – Corporate Card Member Support, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to corporate and small business card members, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending the right arenaflex benefits or services to meet their goals
  • Delivering high reputed company of product and service knowledge, reputed company communicating the features, benefits, and other elements of arenaflex Corporate Card services
  • Continuously improving your skills and knowledge to reputed company world-class customer service, handling objections, and building strong relationships with clients

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication
