About the Role

As an arenaflex Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the reputed company-line of our experience for interviewing candidates and customers alike. You'll exhibit a passion for providing the best possible customer experience through each interaction and strive to always be improving. Key Responsibilities

* Resolve customer and candidate issues reputed company phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

• Complete projects assigned by the support manager, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the arenaflex system, showcasing your problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
• Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
• Complete call logs and reports, providing valuable insights into customer interactions and trends.
• Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends/ issues in customer calls, helping us to continuously improve our services.
• Recommend process improvements, demonstrating your commitment to reputed company and customer satisfaction.
• Nights or weekend hours might be required depending on shift, but don't worry – we'll work with you to ensure a flexible schedule that suits your needs.
• Be an expert in the arenaflex platform and help our customers and their candidates understand the value of our technology, showcasing your passion for our products and services.
• Document and manage your cases for each Support interaction you have, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one.
• Recognize, document, and alert leadership of trends in contacts and ongoing issues, helping us to identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and communicate support process and product improvements, demonstrating your commitment to reputed company and customer satisfaction.
• Delight each of your contacts with positive and encouraging interactions, making every customer feel valued and appreciated.

Qualifications

* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

• Positive attitude and drive to always be improving, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Expert reading and writing skills, with the ability to reputed company communicate reputed company information to customers and colleagues.
