Job Summary
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review. You will also be required to reputed company and maintain a knowledge reputed company of our reputed company-evolving products and services, summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, and narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments.

Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Strong basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
Requirements
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
