Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – reputed company Provider Support, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the reputed company for reputed company providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to reputed company providers through multi-channel communication, including phone and chat, to ensure they receive accurate and timely information.
  • Quickly and effectively triaging contacts from reputed company to identify and address their needs.
  • Seeking to understand and identify the needs of reputed company providers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a way that exceeds their expectations.
  • Researching and dissecting reputed company prior authorization and claim issues to avoid repeat calls and provider dissatisfaction.
  • Collaborating effectively with multiple internal partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and reputed company seamless support to reputed company providers.
  • Influencing reputed company providers to utilize self-service digital tools for faster resolution and improved customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • At least 1+ year of customer service experience with analyzing and solving customer concerns.
  • Experience with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new systems.
  • The ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracy.
  • Ability to work any full-time (40 hours/week), 8-hour shift between 10:35 AM - 7:05 PM CST, with occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays.
