Job Summary

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints across multiple communication channels. You'll work closely with reputed company to reputed company professional customer support, process orders and modifications, and escalate complaints as needed. Responsibilities

As a key member of our customer service team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at reputed company times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and reputed company media
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
