Job Summary

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. You'll be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customers' insurance policies. Your primary function will be to assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, or the need to modify their policy. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, or the need to modify their policy

Essential Qualifications
