About the Role

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, you will be responsible for engaging with customers reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and turning conversations into leads that drive reputed company growth for our automotive dealer clients. You will work in a relaxed, yet professional and fun environment, surrounded by a team of positive and energetic individuals who reputed company your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

* Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

• Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
• Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and reputed company growth
• Must be reputed company to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
• Must be reputed company to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
• Must be reputed company to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
• Must be reputed company to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
