Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers. You'll work closely with our pool technicians to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and that their technical issues are resolved reputed company. This is a part-time remote position, requiring 20-25 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner reputed company phone, email, or chat

  • Identify customer needs and help them determine the best solution for their pool service needs
