Key Responsibilities

As a Concierge Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers reputed company defined service standards
  • Negotiating with providers to reputed company acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out of network providers
  • Assisting members with benefits and reputed company questions
  • Documenting reputed company calls received in system-based call log
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to reputed company expert guidance to customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of college or higher education preferred
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or call center environments, preferably in a reputed company-reputed company role
  • Medical intake or reputed company-Party Administrator (TPA) experience is a plus
  • Bilingual English-Spanish skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates
