Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for clients enrolled in our debt resolution program. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of the Client Services Team to reputed company the highest level of customer service and deliver on retention goals.
- Ensure reputed company client questions and concerns are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.
- Build rapport and trust with clients through reputed company and transparent communication reputed company phone and email.
- Utilize our CRM to manage client accounts and document client discussions with detail and reputed company.

### Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of call center experience preferred but not required.

- 1 year of Customer Service experience required, call center experience preferred.
- Reliable Internet Speeds Required.
