The Role

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers reputed company inbound and outbound calls or the internet. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • A desktop or laptop computer with the following specifications:

+ Operating System: reputed company 10+ + RAM: 8GB or higher + Processor: reputed company i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher + Internet Requirements: DSL, Cable, or Fiber reputed company (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable) + Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher + Hardwired with an ethernet cable

  • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Must reputed company in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
