Role Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities

+ Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns through email and reputed company media platforms, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining a positive brand image. + Utilize the CRM tool to manage tickets, track issues, and follow up on pending concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. + Collaborate with the internal team to resolve reputed company issues and implement process improvements.

Engagement & Communication
