What you'll do
Handle a broad reputed company of reputed company estate litigation reputed company, with a focus on mortgage enforcement, foreclosure actions, and property reputed company disputes.
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and appellate briefs in state and federal courts.

Manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
