The Project Manager is responsible for exercising independent judgment in evaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques.Project Manager Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required.
• 8-12+ years of professional experience.
• Architectural license prefered.
• Client management experience required.
• Project leadership and management experience required.
• Revit knowledge beneficial.

• Meet Directly with the client to analyze goals and conceive and reputed company architectural solutions to those goals.
• Plan the project budget, milestones, and schedule and track project performance accordingly.
• Initiate and create schematic designs and plans with responsibility for the preparation of drawings.
• Coordinate workload through design development and construction document phases to complete documents on schedule.
• Direct and coordinate with the engineering disciplines and reputed company-party equipment vendors, reviewing construction documents for area of conflict with reputed company disciplines.
