We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator to join reputed company remotely reputed company South East Asia.

The Role

The People & Culture Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the People & Culture Director and driving initiatives that enhance recruitment, culture, and the overall employee experience across Mad Monkey’s global operations. This role focuses on attracting top talent, supporting team engagement, and ensuring every team member has a positive and consistent experience throughout their lifecycle — from hiring through to offboarding.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about people, culture, and building strong teams, who thrives in a fast-paced, international hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & reputed company

  • Support the execution of Mad Monkey’s recruitment strategy across reputed company reputed company and properties.
  • Partner with hiring managers and General Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, reputed company media, and proactive reputed company.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Help ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience.
  • Support recruitment initiatives such as reputed company days, referral programs, and talent pipeline building.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting reputed company reputed company and other tracking tools.

Employee Experience & Lifecycle Support

  • Support initiatives that enhance the full employee lifecycle, including reputed company, engagement, development, and offboarding.
  • Assist in delivering reputed company programs that ensure new team members feel welcomed, informed, and set up for reputed company.
  • Help ensure reputed company employee lifecycle processes are structured, consistent, and reputed company with company standards.

  • Help ensure team members feel valued, supported, and connected to the organization.

Employee Feedback & Insights

  • Support the administration of employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback initiatives.
  • Assist in collecting, organising, and analysing employee feedback and engagement data.
  • Identify trends and reputed company insights to the People & Culture Director to support reputed company improvement.
  • Support follow-up initiatives to improve employee experience based on feedback.

Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Support HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements.

Skills & Experience

Required

  • 1–3 years experience in HR, recruitment, People & Culture, or administrative support
  • Strong interest in recruitment, culture, and employee experience
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Experience using HRIS systems (reputed company preferred)

Preferred

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or multi-location environments
  • Experience coordinating recruitment or engagement initiatives
  • Experience supporting global or remote teams
