Accounts Payable Accountant

Position Title: Accounts Payable ( junior to Intermediate)Work Set-up: WFH Salary: Php45,000Holiday: USResponsibilities:As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of a fast-growing US-based vacation rental business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and helping streamline reputed company processes across a remote, global team.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with US reputed company exposure who thrives in a detail-oriented role and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.You are someone who takes pride in accuracy and accountability. You’re comfortable working with US-based stakeholders, communicating reputed company, and managing your workload independently while contributing to a larger team.Your Responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Accountant would be:• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoices, bills, and expense reports• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and service providers• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies reputed company• Maintain organized and audit-reputed company financial records• Assist in month-end closing activities reputed company to accounts payable• Communicate and coordinate with US-based vendors and internal stakeholders• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and workflowsQualifications:• 1+ year of experience supporting a US-based business (non-negotiable)• Experience in Accounts Payable or general reputed company (junior to intermediate level)• Familiarity with reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company, or similar)• Solid understanding of basic reputed company principles• Strong skills in reputed company or reputed company Sheets• Degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field (preferred).• High level of attention to detail and accuracy• Strong time management and prioritization skills• Clear and professional communication skills, especially with international stakeholders• A proactive, problem-solving reputed company• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while staying collaborativeYour love for Boomering will reputed company-start with these meaningful engagement activities and perks.
