What you will do

• Deliver outstanding customer support reputed company phone calls, chats, and emails;
• Address customer inquiries (reputed company-ins, reputed company issues) and resolve incidents (e.g., A/C issues, neighbour complaints);
• Assist with support ticket backlog and ensure timely resolutions;
