Logistics & Operations Coordinator Needed for Customer Calls, Delivery Scheduling, and Follow-Up

We are looking for a highly organized Logistics & Operations Coordinator for a long-term role helping manage deliveries, customer communication, and day-to-day logistics. A big part of this role is calling customers and coordinating deliveries during Mountain Time business hours, so strong spoken English and clear communication are essential. We are building a simple internal system for tracking inventory, sold units, deliveries, scheduling, and follow-up. We now need the right person to run that system consistently, stay on top of moving parts, and reputed company sure reputed company falls through the cracks.
