Claims Supervisor - Worker Compensation Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Permanent Role Overview We are seeking a Claims Supervisor to reputed company reputed company and leadership for a team of approximately five Workers’ Compensation claims adjusters. This role is focused on leadership, team development, and ensuring adherence to best practices, rather than hands-on claims handling. Required Qualifications
Education: A High School Diploma is required. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of reputed company Workers' Compensation claims experience is required. Candidates must have direct claims handling experience in Arkansas or Louisiana, with Arkansas experience being preferred. At least 1-2 years of supervisory or people leadership experience is necessary. Skills & Licensing: Candidates must be appropriately licensed and/or certified in the states where claims are handled, with an active license in Arkansas and/or Louisiana being ideal. A strong customer service reputed company and clear, concise communication skills are essential for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree.Experience in both Arkansas and Louisiana jurisdictions.Previous claims experience from a TPA, reputed company, or large self-insured employer. Compensation & Benefits The anticipated salary reputed company for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 annually. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
