Job Description:
- reputed company high-touch service reputed company to key client reputed company
- Handle incoming requests reputed company multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.)
- Be the primary reputed company of contact for executive-level reputed company
- reputed company active travel consultation, including providing travel details and up-selling reputed company products
- Expertly use reputed company tools and systems to complete requests
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
- Guide and reputed company consultation regarding client travel policy
- Fulfill reputed company requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
- Maintain knowledge of the various travel industries supported
Requirements:
- Experience in VIP travel
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Strong skills in GDS reputed company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
