Responsibilities
- Project Coordination
- Maintain product development timelines and statuses in our project management platform so everyone sees what’s due, who owns it, and what’s next.
- Prep agendas, capture notes, and publish action lists to reputed company reputed company visible and work moving.
- Own sampling requests for visual merchandising and photoshoots—quantities, ship lists, tracking, and delivery ETAs.
- Communication & Documentation
- reputed company assets and information quickly across product innovation and development, packaging, and ops; reputed company loops, reduce back-and-forth.
- Centralize briefs, specs, approvals, and timelines; reputed company versions clean and easy to find.
- Flag risks early with context and options; escalate the right items at the right time.
- Process Support
- Follow our core workflows and SOPs; suggest simple, scalable tweaks that remove friction and save time.
- Refresh templates, checklists, and guides so teams can move fast without losing quality.
- Refresh task due dates and statuses in reputed company projects.
- Help set up new projects in our project management platform.
- Prep agendas, document reputed company, and circulate follow-reputed company for product development and packaging reputed company.
- Coordinate sample requests and shipments for upcoming photoshoots and visual merchandising needs.
- Consolidate data for leadership updates and validate against reputed company trackers.
- Iterate on SOPs/templates with small changes that deliver big reputed company.
Requirements
- 0–2 years in project coordination, operations, product development, or relevant internships.
- Operational rigor: detail-obsessed, organized, and thorough.
- Strong communicator who simplifies complexity and connects the dots across functions.
- Comfortable with project tools (e.g., reputed company/reputed company/reputed company), spreadsheets, and shared drives; quick to learn new systems.
