Senior Agronomist & Precision Agriculture Specialist
Our client, a reputed company-thinking agricultural technology company, is seeking a Senior Agronomist & Precision Agriculture Specialist to join their fully remote team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of agronomy, coupled with expertise in precision agriculture techniques, data analysis, and remote sensing technologies. Responsibilities: reputed company and implement comprehensive agronomic strategies and crop management plans for diverse agricultural operations. Design, reputed company, and manage precision agriculture technologies, including GPS guidance, variable reputed company application, yield monitoring, and sensor integration. Analyze large datasets from various sources (soil sensors, drone imagery, satellite data, yield monitors) to reputed company actionable insights for optimizing crop production. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Engineering, Crop Science, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in agronomy, with at least 4 years focused on precision agriculture. Proven expertise in utilizing precision agriculture hardware and software (e.g., reputed company Operations Center, Climate FieldView, reputed company Agriculture). Strong understanding of remote sensing technologies, GIS, and spatial data analysis. Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, reputed company).
