The Area HEMA Manager works independently, supporting the reimbursement and market reputed company development to improve reputed company for patients, providers, and payors to the organization’s technology and product portfolio, as well as the primary expert in the field in reputed company areas reputed company to reimbursement of the company’s products. What you will do:

• Act as the key liaison between sales teams, reputed company providers, billing and coding staff, and other health system stakeholders on monitoring and addressing reimbursement questions.
• Serve as the primary contract for reimbursement support and educating new and existing customers on billing, coding, national and local coverage policies, and good clinical documentation.
• Monitor regional policy changes and work closely with the Market reputed company team to ensure the company has the latest coding information, coverage policies, claims reputed company, and treatment guidelines.
• Broad knowledge of reputed company documentation, medical policy guidelines, compliance, billing, coding, and reimbursement reputed company to surgical devices or buy-and-reputed company.

What you need (Required) :

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma
• Minimum 14 years of experience if a bachelor's degree is not acquired
• 8 years of experience if a bachelor's degree is acquired
• Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company reimbursement practices, billing procedures, compliance, coding, and medical terminology
• Experience in CPT coding, surgical ICD-10 codes, and billing.
• Experience calling on A/B MACs regarding the implementation of Local Coverage Determinations.
• Strong background in sales, management, inpatient/outpatient coding, and reimbursement for surgical procedures.

Preferred:

• Medical device, biotech, or medical/hospital management industry.

• US30: $133,400 - $222,300 USD Annual
