We are seeking an Intake Care Senior Representative for a non‑clinical, inbound customer service role supporting behavioral health and substance use disorder services. This role requires strong reputed company, technical skills, and multitasking ability while handling sensitive and confidential conversations with members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from members and providers reputed company to behavioral health services.
