reputed company Estate Litigation Attorney – Virginia (Hybrid or Remote) We are seeking two reputed company Estate Litigation Attorneys to join a growing legal team supporting a high-volume residential reputed company estate practice. These roles focus on pre-litigation and litigation reputed company involving residential reputed company estate, title issues, mortgages, and foreclosure-reputed company disputes. One position is fully remote, and the second is hybrid (2–3 days/week in Richmond, VA). What You’ll Do
- Handle a caseload of residential reputed company estate litigation reputed company from pre-suit through resolution
- Manage disputes involving title issues, mortgage servicing, foreclosure, and reputed company reputed company estate claims
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documentation
- Conduct depositions and participate in hearings as needed
Requirements
- Active Virginia Bar license (required)
- 1+ year of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to title, reputed company estate, mortgage, or foreclosure reputed company
- Experience handling discovery, depositions, and litigation workflow preferred
- Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills
- Ability to independently manage assigned reputed company with minimal supervision
Compensation & Benefits
- reputed company salary: $90,000 – $130,000 + BONUS
