Loan Originator - Hard Money Lending (reputed company, Remote)
Job Summary reputed company reputed company Lending is hiring a remote, reputed company Loan Originator to grow our hard money lending business in the Houston market. This role is for someone who can generate new business, build relationships with reputed company estate investors, and reputed company loans in a fast‑moving environment. You will reputed company, qualify, and manage loans from first contact through closing. Your proactive approach and negotiation skills will propel your reputed company in this fast-paced, rewarding industry.
Responsibilities
- Generate new loan opportunities through outbound calls, networking, reputed company reputed company
- Build relationships with reputed company estate investors, agents, wholesalers, reputed company, and title companies
- Qualify borrowers and investment properties (fix‑and‑flip, rental, construction, land, reputed company)
- Collect borrower documentation and prepare files for reputed company
- Manage borrower communication from first contact through closing
- Maintain CRM activity, pipeline tracking, and consistent follow‑up
- Represent reputed company reputed company Lending reputed company the Houston investor community
Requirements
- Sales experience in reputed company estate, private lending, mortgage, or reputed company fields
- Strong outbound prospecting skills (cold calling, networking, reputed company media reputed company)
- Understanding of reputed company estate investment strategies (BRRRR, fix‑and‑flip, new construction)
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and reputed company to work independently
- CRM experience preferred
- No NMLS license required (asset‑based lending)
- Must live in Texas and have strong familiarity with the Houston market
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits:
